A woman learned about her husband’s infidelity because of this mystery of home cleaning

One woman claims to have learned the other half of her was cheating it – after noticing different items in their home starting to mysterious color.

“Everything in my house is turning green,” Reddit @mioraa user innocently shared at the beginning of the cleaning tips, hoping that a user in the Million-Forces Subreddit may have some tips.

She explained that she first noticed her cat wool by getting a green coloring – before she saw her cracks, legs, beds, phone charges and walls also changed colors.

She initially thought this was because of her mold or her pods of laundry cleaners – but eventually tested those theories and decided that they could not be the cause.

Baffled, the woman eventually posted photos of the things that turned green, with a summary of her dilemma, hoping that someone will be able to help her discover the culprit.

Other users suggested it could be caused by cats by getting into a mysterious green material, its furniture or even a medical complication.

The woman tracked her cat movements, took them to the veterinarian, knocked down her furniture, controlled her water and AC, had someone to control the mold, change her bed and even consult her doctor – to no avail .

She noted that things were turning green especially in her bedroom for the last few months, but couldn’t understand what was happening.

“I have to find out what it is,” she insisted as she continued her investigation.

Eventually, an unfulfilled remark from a redditor – destined as a joke – led to a heartbroken discovery.

Someone suggested that staining could be caused by a new pair of old Navy jeans because “they stain everything”.

However, the woman quickly rejected the notion, claiming that either she and her husband did not wear jeans.

“Imagine this is how you find out that he is making an affair with an old woman dressed in Mary, from the cat turning green!” Someone commented.

Unfortunately, the strange scenario turned out to be the truth.

“I hate to break it, but … you were … the right nose with this comment,” replied @mioraaa.

She explained that she “laughed nervously” and controlled her joint bank account for any old Navy purchases – admitting she would have left with a “strange feeling” after reading the comment.

“I have already had doubts about a possible link from the many overtime shifts and general changes in behavior. Also, my husband has previously cheated, so I have always been a little anxious,” she shared.

As she “spiralized”, she checked on her husband’s phone and revealed “some sexy DMS on Instagram by a woman wearing jeans.”

That was enough.

“So I have spent the last week with my parents with my cat,” she updated the reader – with limited details on how the whole situation played.

“He was served letters,” she discovered strictly.

Its last conclusion was that the coloring seemed to be caused by the affected objects – including the cat – contacting the bed sheets.

Bed sheets, apparently, where a stranger with free jeans may have been making himself just a little comfortable.
