Can you stand to eat just raw fruits and vegetables for three months?
Khamar Brown did so, going “raw vegan” for 90 days – and losing 77 pounds in the process.
YouTuber took on his channel to document his extraordinary journey for weight loss and shared his secret to combating the desires for dumping whenever they appeared.

“I ate strictly raw fruits and tools,” he said. “No cooked food. No alcoholic beverages. Without hot food. None of them. ”
Brown was only pleased in vegetables for the first four weeks, eating things like cucumbers, tomatoes and avocado. After he included fruit, he enjoyed a healthy amount of bananas, pineapples, berries, peaches, apples and grapes.
He mostly ate his packaged fruits, but when he wanted something that felt most essential, he threw them into a blender to make a smoothie.
He noted that his appetite – which was once large enough, with him eating numerous parts in a meal – went down significantly.
Brown also said that before passing only in fruits and vegetables, he made three days from the Omead diet, in which you only eat one meal a day.
His reasons to start the diet were very personal.
“It was either between this diet or the army,” he said, pointing out that he had gone through something “very traumatic” in December that “spinned” in the New Year.

Brown wanted something that would give him a sense of structure that the army or a strict diet could bring.
“This trip goes beyond losing weight,” he said. “To me, it was a spiritual journey. It was a healing journey … It was a lot of travels combined in one.”
Inspired by Fitness Influencer Gee Bryant, who also made a 90-day diet “Raw Vegan”, Brown bought his PDF to give him a plan what to eat for the first two weeks.
Just three months later, Brown was lowered from 282 pounds to 205-representing a stunning weight loss of 77 pounds.
He stressed that he was able to reach this extraordinary feature despite the fact that he was not working at all. ”
Brown also has some unique tips on how to beat desires.
“The first month I would say I had the desires,” he said. “Things I have never eaten before.”
During the first week of the diet, he was removing the sandwich of a Jersey Mike. But “quite surprisingly”, after watching some people order under Tiktok, the craving left.
He said whenever he would begin to want something that did not fit into his diet plan, he would watch similar content or enjoy the Mukbang videos in which he would watch other people eating.
This is not very surprising, as health experts say that simply distracting yourself for 20 minutes will often make a pet commodity.
A 2024 study set 22 groups of identical twins in omnivore and vegan diets for eight weeks, with the vegan group experiencing an average weight loss of 3%, along with a 10% reduction in 15% of LDL cholesterol and one 25% reduction of insulin levels
Meanwhile, Brown has some tips for anyone looking to start their fitness trip: “If you haven’t learned anything from this video, I want you to know you can change. You have power;
